Harness Energy PNG is your locally registered training organisation (Registered with National Training Council PNG/DHERST (NTC#230)). As a Registered Training Organisation (RTO40521) in Australia, we are dedicated to training and up-skilling PNG workers to have the ability to complete their jobs in a safe working environment and improve their safety knowledge. Our primary training facility in PNG is just outside Port Moresby and includes internationally and nationally accredited trainers, multiple training rooms, ‘state of the art’ training facilities so we can deliver accredited and tailored training for various industries and environments.
Our six (6) PNG citizen trainers are experienced in delivering safety training with the majority holding their Accredited Certificate IV Trainer and Assessing Certificate and several are classified as Trainers/Subject Matter Experts with NTC PNG and hold the PNG National Trainers Accreditation.
Our trainers, materials and courses meet international quality standards and are backed up with the operational and award winning operations of our Brisbane-based Head Office. Our training is conducted to Australian standards and our trainers receive on-going professional development from our Australian full-time training staff. Access to a resource pool with experience in high risk industries such as mining, oil and gas and construction, means we provide you industry–leading safety training that meets all the applicable safety regulations that you would expect from an award winning leading training provider.
Our custom built facility offers onsite and off-site training that can support a range of different needs including safety, general induction on computers as well as in-classroom and practical training. Training solutions include a regular public schedule of courses as well as organisation-specific courses that can be conducted over a single day or multiple days with the convenience of on-site accommodation and food for those who need to travel.

When participating in training, we make every effort to accommodate a range of literacy and numeracy skills. Please note, however, courses do have written exams or practical assessments which involve reading policies or instructions, writing down information or being able to do mathematical calculations.
