Driver Safety Training Explained

This community training program focuses on minimising the risks of driving on regional and rural roads. Training covers light vehicle preparation, operator maintenance, and handling challenging situations including traffic incidents and emergency driving scenarios.

The program also includes additional modules to build awareness around safe cargo handling, emergency first aid in rural settings, and understanding the impact of vehicle monitoring systems for those who drive work vehicles.

About Shell QGC

Operations include over 3,000 production wells, 25 field compression stations, six central processing plants, two water treatment plants and a two-train LNG export facility on Curtis Island.

In addition to shipping LNG to international customers, Shell QGC is an active participant in Australia’s domestic gas market. Gas supplied into the market is traded through Wallumbilla.
