Trainees are currently at various stages of their training  so expressing your interest as soon as possible means we can work with you to secure both the right candidate and their training preparation for your unique business. Hosting an apprentice is a rewarding experience and can lead to new employees for you. It is also a fully supported process with the help of the Harness team and their mentors. You can submit your expression of interest even if you are not quite ready yet!
