This is an industry-specialised training course in Flange Management focused on the hydraulic aspects of flange management – from assembly, types, management dismantling and breaking. See the Course Contents below for more detail on this course contents.

This training specifically aligns to the relevant sections within  ASME PCC-1-2013 Guidelines for pressure boundary bolted flange joint assembly.

Level 2 of Flange Management is focused on the Hydraulic Torquing and Tensioning of Equipment. This is a practical day involving using and assessment of the use of key hydraulic equipment which is on a specially designed training rig to ensure knowledge and skills are applied correctly in the workplace and per company requirements.
