Our Flange Management Training Level 1 is suitable for you if you are required to break and make flanged pipe joints using hand tools, ensuring isolations re in place, undertaking checks and inspections, and identifying problems. It is not suitable for where pneumatic, hydraulic or powered torquing tools are required to be used. For this level, review our Level 2 Course.

During the course you will learn both the theory and ability to plan and prepare for job, break flanges in accordance with flange management procedure, Inspect flange and components, make flange joint in accordance with flange management procedure and finish the job

Training and assessment is conducted at Harness Energy Training facilities with dedicated flange management training area, equipment and tools. Upon arrangement, training and assessment can also be conducted at the premises of industry clients for groups providing there are suitable industry training facilities.
