Course Overview

Introduction:

Harness offers this Certificate IV Leadership and Management qualification to support individuals working as developing and emerging leaders and managers in a range of enterprise and industry contexts. As well as assuming responsibility for their own performance, individuals at this level are likely to provide leadership, guidance and support to others. They may also have some responsibility for organising and monitoring the output of teams. They apply solutions to a defined range of predictable and unpredictable problems, and analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources. 

This is a two-year qualification Harness has tailored, through the choice of electives, to support those working in business as well as those working in  working within higher risk industries such as Oil & Gas, Mining, Construction and Transport.

Learning Methods:

The mode of delivery for this course is a work place based course involving 12 units that we have uniquely orientated to the needs of those working towards/in leadership positions.

In the delivery of this course‚ our trainers support a range of supervisors, mentors develop their problem solving and critical thinking skills as they build team leadership.
