About Harness
Harness was founded in the Oil and Gas space and since its inception, has grown deep roots supporting the on- and offshore Oil and Gas industry in Australia through supplying our clients with skilled, trained, and compliant workforce needs, as well as providing candidates with quality training and education specialised to the industry’s highly regulated requirements.
Harness is proud to have played a significant part in the Australian oil and gas industry’s safety performance and helping people return home safely to their families.  Harness exists to help our clients realise their potential through a unique combination of:

– Accredited training (RTO 40521, IWCF, IADC); and

Our training solutions include a comprehensive range of over 50 accredited courses, licences and qualifications which support employees from entry level through to the most senior positions in our industry.
Solutions that cover off short courses from basic First Aid all the way to IWCF / IADC Well Control + technical oil and gas programs such as stuck pipe prevention. The list is extensive! Training is available through a regular public schedule, on demand or completely tailored to suit our client needs. Many courses are delivered utilising our state of the art simulators and virtual reality – with our Mobile Training Units a lot of it can be deliver on our clients work site!

Labour Hire & Training Overview
With the ability to deliver an ‘above standard’ trained and ready work force, Harness has built a strong history in labour hire services. Services range from end to end or tactical projects including:

- Trades Roles – such as electricians, mechanics, Welders
- Contract Drilling Personnel Support – such asOCR, WSR, WSS, Engineers, Geologists, and specialist project roles
- HSE Advisors and Auditors
